One of the most popular and fascinating animal exhibits at the Singapore Zoo, the white tigers roam a 12,600 square feet outdoor area.
Also known as Bengal tigers, white tigers are rare. With blue eyes, a pink nose and white fur with brown stripes, they possess an amazing beauty and impressive power.
Through a camera lens, they look like playful cats that would like their ears scratched. In reality, white tigers have strong jaws and teeth, a strong sense of smell, and sharp eyesight — all very helpful in catching their prey.
